oh today had stamina training!! done the circuit thingy 12 setS! we r superwoman! well done gers haha
today training was alright =D

after training went to soak in the poool for awhile den went to makan walked ard and tried out a new flavour of anderson's ice crean wee today we had WALNUT MOCHA FUDGE! yummilicious~~~
hehe i already planned wat we wld have the nxt tym we revisit agn hah~

hmm today is a tiring day hmmm hope i cld get my flip flop tml and may everything be smooth for me...
pray my mom wont have mood swing...and all...den i will be a happy girl...lol xD
