today had training...wah ran a big loop from sch to bukit batok den go one loop back to sch agn...
hmmm cher says 4 km plus...hmmm in 25 mins...well done gers...=D
every1 tried very hard to catch up wif one another's pace...keep up the good work =D
den went bac to sch train court work...hmm hope tiz sunday's carnival we will play our best! =D
